    I don't know what to enter? Reading the rules makes my head hurt.

    In Canada you don't need to have a CD on your dog. I think B is for breeders, trainers and people who have multiple dogs entered. But not totally sure.

    If you have a CD on the dog you compete in B, and its the same for Canada.

    If you've titled any dog in Obedience or Rally, then you enter B.

    You are correct! If you've titled a dog in Rally and/or OB before, it only matters at the Rally Novice level. After that, the only thing that matters is if the *DOG* has an OB title or has achieved the RE title. Regular OB has similar regulations.
