Ive attached a couple of pictures of my chocolate Labrador. He is 18 months in the pictures. They aren't the greatest shots or angles but I would like some professional opinions if he could be of show quality. Thanks
Tailset is too low.
Google Labrador stacked photos, and take a look. Tails are SUPPOSED to run right off the back, even like a table.
what does the dogs breeder think? they would be an important source of information. i assume they show?
Yes, they do show but unfortunately are 250 miles away and getting together is difficult with conflicting schedules.
I'd try to get a more natural standing photo outdoors. That may change the topline/tail flow. Little things around here like quail in the trees, the train whistle, someone duck hunting across the river are my photo opps.

I would consider UKC shows with him. I'm not sure about AKC based on these particular photos, because it's mighty competitive. He's also still pretty young and might look different once he's mature. Let us know what your breeder thinks.
