I just bought this holt walking collar for my 3 month old Labrador to improve his walking and training
Do you think i should use this for a puppy?

you can...

but remember it is just a tool to help you control the dog - it doesn't actually teach the dog anything. Generally a 3 month old you can control with a flat collar (or fabric martingale).
