    Default de furminate??

I've seen commercials on de furminating dogs, Baileys brother spike gets de furminated. I want to know what your views are on it. Is it worth it? If I get it done will it grow back in for winter? Also, I know they blow their coats, but Bailey never did in the spring... could that be why she is constantly shedding now with every pat on her back a handful of hair comes out.

I bought a Furminator but found that it really took out an excessive amount of outer coat (broke it actually) - so I gave it away.

I just use a metal comb on my dogs - the undercoat comes out really well and the outer coat is not affected.
Sharon - still not a dude.

I do the same with Miko as Sharon does with her labs.

Yikes! Yeah I think we're going to go back to the old fashioned way
