Red bumpy flaky skin on legs of puppy?

I thought it was just dry skin, but I think it's getting worse. It is just on the female puppy ( I have two pups from the same litter). It doesn't bother her but it doesn't look good.

Any ideas? Obviously tomorrow is Sunday, do you think it can wait until Monday?

Allergies maybe? Rash?
How old is pup?

She is 8 weeks. They are raised red bumps then they become dry and flake off. They must not be contagious because her brother doesn't have them. Allergies to food or household products?

Go to a vet and get a skin scraping. Could be mange.

Yeah, vet is a good option at this point > especially since only the sister has it...
