Trying to change signature and post pictures. Help?

I went to my profile and looked in the left menu and there is nothing there to change my signature? The only thing I am able to do is create a new album. Can someone tell me if I'm doing something wrong or if there is a glitch somewhere?

Look at the top of this page...in the blue stripe it says forum actions. Click. Then click edit profile. Then the page you need will open and on the left it will say signature. Click on it and in the window paste the copied img code from photobucket. You can do a one time posted pic by just going to new thread and typing your message and pasting the copied img code from photo bucket. You can have up to 5 pics at a time, and this includes siggy pics.
