    Default logging in

HI, When I click on the username box at the top right hand corner to log in it is diverting me to the petflow site which is being advertised in the yellow box below.
Went to reply to thread to log in.

I logged out, and then back in OK. But I don't see any advertising.

I had a report of this same thing from someone else last night. Off to talk to the bosses.

I might be paranoid but every time something weird like this happens to me, I do a full virus & malware scan just in case.

    HI,

Thanks. I tried again at home and it did the same thing. Had to reply to this thread and then log into a different box than the one in the upper right corner.

It kept happening to me, too. The only way to get in without being diverted was to respond to a thread and it let you log in from there.

Same for me. I had to try to reply to this thread in order to log in so that I wasn't diverted.

Ari is working on it now. It's not JL related so presumably the problem is with that ad.

In the meantime, if you don't already have Firefox, install it, get the adblock plus ad on & try logging on with that. In theory, if that ad is blocked, it shouldn't be able to cause any problems.

I wasn't even aware we have ads on here until I see problems like this. I never see them. However, if I log on with IE or Google Chrome .............
