How do I put someone's quote in my post?

For example:

Someone earlier in the thread posts something and I want to respond to that. Other people are able to highlight it and put it in blue in their posts .

How do I do that? Thanks!

Just hit "Reply with Quote" or the "Multi-quote" icone beside reply on the right hand side of the thread
