editing title & smilies

I still want to be able to edit a title....any chance of that in the future?

Also I want more/better smilies.

I too would like to edit a title. I think the author should be allowed to ad "UPDATE" or something, and bump their thread. Any chance of this happening?

I'm with you! I tried editing a title the way Garth said and it didn't work, I'm sure its just me, but it shouldn't be that big of a deal.. and the smileys, well that has been an on going request. I do have to say I am having fun deleting other peoples smileys, just so I can add mine

Editing titles is not that hard.

Click on "Edit"

You will see the raw copy of your post including the title.

NOW, look below that copy and you'll see a button marked "SAVE" and just to the right of it, one labeled "GO ADVANCED"

Click on the "GO ADVANCED" button.

You will now be able to edit the title to put in something like "Update at top" , etc.

You have to always choose the "GO ADVANCED" button if you want to edit the title.

Besides I tried doing just that and it didnt work. I'll go back and try again and see what I did wrong, and I do agree it is to much work even if it does work

You guys have a strange definition of work.

Course you could just get one of those moderators to fix it for you. They'll have to charge a fee for their work though.

A hell of a lot more than what a mere mod would.

Think of them as doctors or scientists. The more letters they have after their names, the higher their fees are.
