Automatic picture resize?

Daniel, I know there is a way to automatically have the board resize photos....I think some of the sizes of photos are huge...especially in signatures....I've seen it on other boards, anyway we can get that here?

I am starting to notice very large pictures as well. Some take up the whole screen.
