Hi Everyone,
We are new to the site.I posted last night, but I have not heard back from anyone. We have a wonderful Yellow Lab names "Kokee" who has a diagnoses of LP. Anyone else with this problem? Thanks,

i'm sorry i know nothing about this condition but i did notice that birdbrainz further down the list had the same thread title with quite a bit of info in it so maybe it would help you.

Hi Kate,
Thanks so much for your reply and info. I will check it out. My husband took my sweetie "Kokee" into our vet who is wonderful and she said that it looks like LP. They do have to do more testing, but it points to that for now. As soon as I figure out how to send pictures I will.

Try this Yahoo group. Tons of info available and lots of support. I found more info here than anywhere else - including from my vet.

My Bessie (13 year old yellow Lab) has LP. Very mild now...and she's had a god summer. Hope it does not progress, but at least I know what we're up against.

Have a good read...Hope Kokee is doing well!
