Default *sigh* Is he a puppy or an oldster? He tricks me...

I know Paddy's arthritis is excruciating to him some days. We medicate for that. But sometimes I think he's pulling my leg. "Mom, let's do things like we did when I was the ONLY dog here!"

Like whinnying at the back door before there was ever a doggie door. Now he can come through the doggie door any time he pleases. Well, maybe it's too painful for him today. I always oblige him going in or out... opening the big door. Even with the entire door open the other six goobers will winnow their way out through the doggie door. :

They just go all over the map, these oldsters, don't they? From puppy today, to frail tomorrow, and back again the next day.

And I thought raising puppies kept me on my toes!

Labs are cute no matter of what their age is... mine gets my other dog to do the whining and letting him in. but still acts like a pup.
