I've seen several charts that attempt to calculate a dog's age in human years according to actual age and weight. Here's one I saved from a dog magazine a few years ago:

According to this chart, my Hershey at 15 years and about 75 pounds would be 93 in human years.

But I think that an age calculator that also includes* factors like breed, food and exercise would give you a more accurate picture of how your senior's doing. There's one you can try here:
