Here's my old guy Hershey enjoying a blustery spring day:
Between his arthritis and his vestibular disease, the poor old fellow had a rough winter but he's getting around much better now that the snow and ice have melted and he seems in much better spirits.
oh he looks great. love the face. how old is he now?

What a stunning Senior! You must post more pictures and a story or two about him.![]()
Seamus and Flynn
he looks very distinguished and handsome
<br />Ellis (brown) & Yukon (yellow) - Sadly, we helped Ellis "move along" on Feb 22, 2007 at age 15 1/2 - and Yukon died suddenly on Feb 1st, 2006 - 4 days before his 11th birthday. We are devestated.
Hershey thanks you for the compliments.** He must be 15 or maybe a little more by now.
His story:
Hershey came to me back in 1993 after being dumped out in the country. He was pretty scruffy back then. It looked like he'd tangled with some barbed wire and I found out later that he has shotgun pellets embedded in his flanks. But someone must have loved him at one time. He was housebroken, knew some tricks and had impeccable manners.
Hershey's not the brightest Lab in the pack ("Googball" describes him perfectly - lol) but he's a real cuddler. He'd happily spend all day leaning up against your leg, thumping his tail and nudging when you stop petting him. Oh, and he's afraid of cats.
These days he does a lot of napping and generally enjoys being an elderly gentleman.
