I am so sorry for your loss. It is never easy for us, and the hole in our hearts will never fully heal. It is what they brings to us, what they give us, and the memories they leave us. We are so fortunate to have them, and then we have to let them go.

I am so sorry for your loss. It is so hard to say goodbye to our furbabies. I can truly relate to your pain, I just had to say goodbye to my precious Princee on September 3 and I still tell her goodnight. I am told it gets easier as time passes. As Georgie says, we never have them long enough. (((hugs)))

I sit and tears come when I read storys like this. I cry for the dog I lost and for my three year old that I will have to watch get older too soon. There is never enough time with them so I enjoy every minute that I have with Jack. They are all just so wonderful. I am so sad for you.

I'm so very sorry for your loss. Your story (minus the cancer) sounds very similar to mine. My husband and I just said goodbye to our 11 year old Maggie 3 weeks ago yesterday, and the pain of her loss is so deep. We are left (as you are) with the fond memories of our friends which will hopefully carry us through the rough days/weeks/months and maybe even years ahead.

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my 3yr old Kassa to bone cancer of the jaw and still part of the bone cancer organisation. Each time I read someones precious fur baby goes through the pain from this horrible beast it breaks my heart.

I wish there were words to help your aching heart. If you need to share or would like to share your precious one please come back as often as you like. Many of us understand and soemtimes it helps to share with people who do understand.

I'm so sorry. I know how that feels. We spent 7000 dollars on my dog's cancer surgery last year. She also had bone cancer, she ended up having 3 ribs removed. It definitely hits you like a ton of bricks.
