Cooper just out of Bilateral Shoulder Surgery for OCD

Cooper just made it out of surgery. I guess he did very well and he had some major defects in his shoulders, not the worst Doc Flo has every seen but pretty close. She is renowned ortho vet at MSU, she has seen a lot of shoulders in her career. I will receive one more update tonight then I get to pick him up at 9 tomorrow morning. The vet student said that he was still under and slowly waking up so I will hear more of how he is doing tonight. She said that with his defect he must have been in a lot of pain.

Now to keep a 10 mo puppy down for 6 weeks!

Glad he made it through ok. I hope his recovery is uneventful. Having had shoulder problems myself the pain is quite intense - I bet he'll be a much happier boy very soon!

glad he made it through recovery!good luck kepping him calm it was alot of crate when bentley got his doggy hood tooken away!I know this was shoulder surgery but man it was hard for 4 days good luck man i thin k you need it!!!
