Default Cookie Dough Cheese Ball (Great for Holidays and Parties)

Its super easy. I've made it for years for the holidays and parties everyone always raves about it.
    It takes.

And 8oz package of cream cheese
    1 stick butter or margarine
    3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla (really I just eyeball it)
    2 TB Brown sugar
3/4 cup Mini (MUST BE MINI) chocolate chips.

First you take the softened butter, cream cheese, vanilla, and brown sugar and mix until well blended. Then add chocolate chips and powdered sugar and knead into mixture until well blended and it forms a ball looking just like a ball of cookie dough.

Now this part isn't required but I always do this. Take your unused chocolate chips and roll cheese ball through it creating a coating much the almond coating on a savory cheeseball.

Then you put it in the fridge and let it firm up. I like to do it overnight but it doesent really matter. Then you serve it with broken up grahm crackers .
