6 boneless pork chops
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
2 garlic cloves, Crushed
salt & pepper to taste
Place pork chops in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops.
Cook on Low setting for 6 hours, until internal temperature of pork has reached 160 degrees F.
This was extremely easy... I put 6 boneless chops in frozen and cooked low for about 7 hours and they were really good! We had these for dinner last night with rice pilaf and broccoli.![]()

I made these last night. The taste was wonderful, but they were very dry. Heather, do you know what size chop you normally use? I bought 4 oz, so maybe they were just too small. They tasted great, and would like to make it again. Oh, I didn't put them in frozen. That probably makes a difference, too.
