Last night I made a super yummy new garlic/Parmesan mashed potato recipe...
2 1/2 pounds of yukon potatoes...peeled and quartered
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
boil potatoes and garlic until potatoes break easily (mashable)
put butter in a mixing bowl
add potatoes
add salt and milk
mash
stir in cheese
YUM!!

I've done this before--very good. Also good with grated cheddar and 1/2 block of cream cheese.
