Orange Dream Ice Cream

Made this today and served it with Chocolate Cake for Father's Day. Ymm


2 cup whipping cream or heavy cream
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup half and half
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Whip sugar into whipping cream, about 1/4 cup at a time, until well mixed. Add half and half and vanilla and whip for about one minute. Stir in juice. Pour into ice cream maker container and process as directed. I then put it in the freezer to firm it up a little more. It reminded me of an Orange Dreamcycle.
