T-fizz turkey burgers

I just spent a good 20 min searching though old posts to find this, so I'm putting it over here.


1 lb ground turkey
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 whole egg or 2 egg whites.

Dont' forget the garlic like I did!!! (as much or as little as you want!!)

Think this would be good with ground chicken? It has a much better flavor than turkey to me.

Yep. I use it in my ground beef burgers too from time to time. I just like it cause your burger stays nice and moist.
