    Great site, thanks! I am cracking up at the pictire of the animals at the top. They are all startled looking, lol! Like "WTF!?"

    That chickpea salad looks gorgeous! I love chickpeas.

    And you KNOW I have to make that lemon coconut bread today. Toasted? With butter? Oh my!

    Love the site, thank you so much for posting it! Now if I could only find something like that for diabetics, it would totally rock. I have a hard time cooking for Bill, especially desserts that are not loaded with sugar and carbs.
