Instead of lean ground beef, I buy Mild Italian Sausage that is mixed up (with spices and stuff) at my local italian grocery called Glorioso's.
I thought that looked familiar. I printed that out last time you (?) posted it. I haven't tried it yet. Love the layering idea and the provolone cheese!! YUM!
