This is a receipe my 12 year old neice Helena made at Xmas. It is easy.


1 cup of nuts. use walnuts or other nuts.
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup raisins
2 tbl cocoa

Blend nuts and fruit and cocoa in a blender or kitchen whizz. If it doesn't stick you can add 1 tablespoon of juice.

Mix together 1/2 tps cinnamon and 1/4 cup coconut. Take teaspoons of the mixture and roll in coconut and cinnamon mix.

Put in the fridge until firm.

I couldn't read her little writting and put the coconut in the fruit mix. They still came out nice.

Try to leave them for a few hours. Helena couldn't help herself and each time I went to get one all that was left on the plate in the fridge was coconut.
