A recipe I love with Steak or Chicken or just about anything.
The original reciepe calls for 6 large potatoes I don't think it will really coat that many though and normally only use 3 at the most. Clean and cut the potatoes into either wedges or thick fries (I make thick fries wedges take longer to bake and I'm impatient)
Mix:
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup parmasan cheese
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Enough butter when melted it covers the bottom of the pan your using.
Preheat the oven to about 400 degrees (for wedges maybe take it down to 375 and bake longer so they don't burn on bottom) Melt the butter in the pan then slightly wet potatoes and coat with mixture then line up in pan. Bake thick fries about 30 minutes wedges will take 45 minutes at lower temp. I normally let mine on the same side the whole time but you can flip them half way through to get them a little chrisp on both sides.
