For 12 egg cupcakes:
Fry some bacon or sausage, I use about 1/2 of a piece of bacon per each cupcake
In bowl add 10 eggs and whip up like you were making scrambled eggs
Add about 1/2 cup milk to the eggs.

Spray the tins with Pam or they will not come out!!! Crumble bacon in the bottom of cupcake tins to just line them. With a soup ladle fill the muffin tins about 3/4 full. Sprinkle some cheese on top and bake for about 17 minutes in a 350 oven. You can always add other ingredents like diced ham, salsa, green pepper, different kinds of cheese and chopped mushrooms.
