Hi all, sorry it has taken me a few days, but here is the recipe for the Cream Puff Cake.
Pate Choux (Cream Puff Dough)
1 cup water
1 stick margarine or butter
1 cup flour
3 large eggs
Bring water & butter to a boil, add flour all at once.* Stir until it thickens and forms a ball.
Remove from heat & allow to cool slightly.
Stir in eggs one at a time, resulting dough should be thick but spreadable.
Spread dough in a 13" x 9" x 1" pan & bake at 400 degrees until lightly brown & puffy.
