Excellent - Easy and super moist!
Note - This recipe makes 2 breads
Pumpkin Bread
2 cups canned pumpkin
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
Mix it all and bake at 350 degrees for one hour (I would check at 50 minutes w/ toothpick, since ovens vary).

this looks so good...I have a big can of pumpkin just staring me in the face, begging me to make it into bread!

I made this yesterday and it is SO good! Only thing I will probably do differently next time is to add in some chopped nuts.

Great recipe, Brenda! Made it yesterday; the house smelled so good! I added some walnuts and a tad of vanilla (I'm a nilla nut)!
Thanks for sharing!!
