    Default Blueberry Cream Pie

Tis the season for blueberries!* I am not much of a blueberry person, but I can't lay off this pie.* It is SO good.

I'm so proud of myself, I even took pictures of my it when I made it last night.* *;D

    --------------------------

    Cook:
    3/4 cup sugar
    3 rounded Tb. flour
    1 cup water

    Add:
1 stick margarine (don't use butter, it doesn't taste nearly as good)
    1 tsp. vanilla

Cool mixture.* Add 1 pint of blueberries (washed and drained).* Pour into a baked (cooled) deep dish pie crust.* Top with whipped cream.* Chill in the fridge for a couple hours before eating.

I actually have been known to lick my plate after this one.* *;D

    Before the whipped cream topping:

A slice (which I pretty much mutilated trying to get it out of the pan):

Basically just until it starts to bubble a little. ;D It will thicken up a bit.

Also I forgot to add...this pie needs to be refrigerated awhile before you eat it. It will be too runny otherwise.

*off to add that to the instructions*
