This is so YUMO

3 cups all-purpose flour
21/4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 29oz. can pear halves drained and finely chopped
13/4 cups sugar
¾ cup cooking oil
¼ cup milk or pear nectar
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chipped walnuts

Grease bottom and ½ inch up sides of two 8x4x2 inch loaf pans: set aside. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda; set aside. In a medium bowl combine eggs, pears, sugar, oil, milk or pear nectar, and vanilla. Add pear mixture to flour mixture along w/ walnuts. Stir until just combined.

Divide batter between prepared pans. Bake in a 350ºF oven for 55 to 60 min, or until a toothpick inserted near centers comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 min. Remove from pans cool. Wrap in foil; store overnight before slicing.
