London Broil Roast
~Get a nice sized london broil and toss it in the crockpot
~Mix together Cream of Celery soup, French Onion, & Golden Mushroom soup, along with a 1/2 soupcan of water
Cook as long as possible on low, the longer the better. I'd say around 10 hours. About halfway through, add carrots and potatoes. I like to add peas at the very end, too. It comes out tasting like stew and the meat just falls apart.

Oh that sounds yummy, Amy. My daughter loves London Broil. I'm going to try that. Works out great since our market has London Broils on buy one get one free this week.

Amy, this was soooo good. The meat was fork tender. I didn't add potatoes and vegs. I made rice on the side and had a ton of left over brocoli.
I took the juice from the crock pot and thickened it up. All I added was a package of Baby Bella mushrooms, no spices or even salt and pepper. The gravy was amazing from the crock pot liquids.
