This dish is served cold, very nice to eat in the summertime.
Cook your favorite pasta.
(I used Ziti because that's what I had, and cooked about 2 1/2 cups)
1 pkg tunafish (or 1 can) drain well.
1 cup peas (fresh or frozen, doesn't matter)
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup craisins
After the pasta is cooked, rinse it in cold water and let drain. Toss it with about a tablespoonful of Olive Oil (keeps it from sticking).
Add the tuna and toss.
Add the remaining ingredients and toss.
Serve it with your favorite salad dressing. I used Kraft Roasted Red Pepper. Italian dressing works well too. I like to put the dressing on when I serve it instead of adding the dressing to the entire dish (because the pasta will soak up the dressing and you have to keep adding more and more.)
*You can pretty much add whatever you want to this salad. I usually add 1/2 cup chopped broccolli and some onion and cherry tomatoes too, but I didn't have any of those things in my kitchen today, so I used what I had.
Enjoy!!
