I buy a salsa spice mix, add tomatoes, onion, corn, black beans and a few jalapeno's, my SU just eats it right out of the bowl. Try Kraft.com, they have a great recipe section.

I have used Mrs Wages years ago.

I use this too, along with the tomatoes, onion, garlic, hot and mild peppers, cilantro. Eat it fresh or can it. We canned 37 pints this year.

I tend to favour serrano chilies over jalapenos, when available. But they are a bit hotter, so use less.
