We tragically lost her when she was only 11 months old. She was my best friend. Bright, gorgeous, fun, energetic, great swimmer, loved to learn, loved to please.



While I'll never completely get over losing my Annie, I am taking comfort that we are getting another lab puppy! ;D Going to see her next week and can bring her home the first week in December. She's a chocolate. I can't wait!!!! ;D

I am so sorry to hear about Annie.

There is lots of room in your heart for Annie and your new puppy.

Thank you for your kind thoughts. Annie was a real sweetie. I miss her terribly every single day. Although my life is much emptier without her, it is also very much improved because I had her for those 11 months.

Nancy, you are right in that we never get over the loss of our precious dogs. Annie was so young. Run free sweet little Annie. I am so pleased you are getting (well you will already have her by now as you mentioned first week in Dec) another Lab puppy. Wishing you all the best with your new puppy.

Thanks. We are really enjoying our puppy. She is a doll! (as you can tell from the pic in my signature) Annie would have enjoyed her a great deal.
