    Our 12 yr old lab Samantha will be put to sleep this morning.. she has been a tremendous friend and gift to our family. Cancer and arthritis have made her final days painful, but she is loved by many.

    I'll always remember my first lab and thank her for the world she's shown us.

    Somewhere on the other side of that bridge, there are squirrels who better start running now

    I'm so sorry - it must be difficult, and unfortunately I will find that out for myself shortly as Ellis just turned 15 and I fear he doesn't have too much time left. Give Samantha many hugs and kisses and let her know how much you love her - she knows anyways, and know she loves you back the same. Run free sweet Samantha, and please say hello to Yukon at the bridge...

    Sorry to see this.... putting a pet to sleep was the most difficult thing I have ever had to do. Some things are for the best though :'(.
