Lost Ruby in our house fire

I lost my sweet Ruby, a Senior Chocolate Lab, recently in our house fire. I adopted her as a senior (8-9yrs) only 1 year ago and adopting her was the best decision ever! She was the sweetest lab I'd ever known! I miss her companionship, kisses and wagging tail! Feeling lost without her today.

im so sorry to hear this. My prayers are with her and those that she touched.
Its beautiful to know that you rescued her at her veteran years. Only one year with her, but i bet that one year was all she needed to live the fullest life here on earth.
