Five years ago today

I said goodbye to Kassa. She fought bravely fought cancer of the jaw for 10 months. It was the hardest decision an owner has to make, but I had to let her go with dignity before the cancer ruined her beautiful face.

The beautiful black Lab I didn't want in her 3 short years became my soul mate and companion. Kassa Bella was the most amazing dog. She had a spark in her eye, love everyone, and would get into mischief if she wasn't busy. Every time she meet someone her tail would wag so hard she almost feel over. Together we did agility, paws to music and she taught me with love and respect a dog and human can have a bond I never dreamed possible.

Run free my beautiful girl. You are gone, but never forgotten.

What a beautiful Lab she was. I am so sorry for your loss and I know that each day of these 5 years you've missed your baby girl. I lost mine 4 months ago and have not even come close to healing the hole he left in my heart. Maybe your Kassa and my Payton are playing right now.
