Thank you to everyone who participated in this week's challenge. Based on the turnout, perhaps I should have stuck with my original idea of "carrots in strange places". ;D I really enjoyed looking at the photos -- and I appreciate everyone sharing their collections.

Drumroll, please ... this week's winner is Kate2Jays for her pens picture. I chose this photo for a couple of reasons -- the focus was spot on, the composition was interesting, and the picture really popped due to the contrast of the colorful pens against the white background.

So Kate, congratulations ... and to you I pass the torch!

Well my first thought was to do a fun challenge like "carrots in strange places", but decided you all might throw me out.

So, instead we'll go with "Collections". That's something we probably all have, whether it's dolls, marbles, postcards, or shoes. ;D So the challenge this week is to photograph your collection in a unique and interesting way.

We will close this challenge next Sunday, January 27th at 5 pm EST.

I don't really have a collection of anything specific, i had a look around and saw my pen pot on my desk and thought that there was quite a collection in there.



And then of course there are my guinea pigs...now there's a collection!!
