Please.
I would really like learn to take better pics. My camera is an obscure brand basic point and shoot. The instruction book is useless. As for me. I am technically challenged, but willing to try.

Is it better for me to go into a photography forum or can I stay here, ask questions and show you the pics I take. I have been trying lots of the stuff I read in here and enjoying it.

My camera does -2.0 to +2.0 with 0.5 per unit adjustment or exposure.

Metering... Multi and spot.

Shaprness ...Soft Normal and Vivid.

White balance.... auto Daylight, Cloudy, Flouresent, Tungsten Sunst and Custom.

Quality ..super fine, fine and normal.

Feel free to ask questions here and on other photography forums... Also, Betterphotos.com offers online classes and there are a many books on photography that will help you learn.

I have read them all and copied them down. My camera book is hopeless and taking ages to relate it to what I am reading.
Nothing on the webb either. spent hours searching so if I practise I might get it.
