    WE CALL HER THE SMILING DOG. WHENEVER SHE GETS EXCITED OR REALLY HAPPY TO SEE US SHE SMILES AT US. I NEVER KNEW DOGS COULD DO THIS BUT NOW WHEN WE TELL HER TO SMILE SHE DOES!

    I love Mercs' smile! My first lab, Heidi(1980-1992) did that, and I haven't seen another dog smile like that since.
