I was looking through the photo threads and just had to post some pics of my black lab Dave. I miss him so much and just wanted to share a little piece of him with people like you, people who understand how it feels to love a lab. Some of these are really old so the quality is not that great.

Oh my, what a handsome boy! I am partial to the black males, (obviously!), and he was just the epitome of a gorgeous Lab! Again, I am so sory for you loss but I am glad to see you are celebrating the wonderful memories. You are doing your Dave proud! It takes a long time to feel like your heart is starting to heal, I think you are woking your way to the start of healing. Celebrate all that Dave was and concentrate on the wonderful love you had for each other! ((((Hugs))))

Well we are even then as your story brought tears to my eyes also. Anytime you need to talk about Dave or need a shoulder there are many here to help. Most of us have been there and understand completely. This truly is a wondeful group of Lab lovers. I found many friends and even a few family members that just did not "get it". Not so for JL and it helped me so much.
