    Hello
    of course the health testing is mandatory

    HD / ED / OCD / PRA / PRA CD Gentest / EIC / Patella luxation / ....

    but anyhow you need a kind of a go ahead / approval from the breeding federation ...to they make some test to see if
    the dog fits to the FCI rules from physical point of view and they make a character test as well.
    Then you get official confirmation that this dog if approved for breeding.

    Very interesting! That sounds like a very good system to me. There are too many people here in the US who breed their dogs without giving any thought to health testing or if the dogs are a good representative of their breed. Thank-you for sharing the information with us!

    we have those kid of breeders as well but I only can say dont buy one from these rattlesnake they just want do some money thats it. They dont care about health and Breed standard.
