    Default Introduction: My black labby, Elvis

    Hello, I'm new to this forum and would like to post some pics of my baby, Elvis. He's a rescue dog and we estimate his age at about 10 years. I got him about a year and a half ago and saved him from death row. He had a rough first year with me - 14 rotton teeth pulled, bad case of hookworm, heartworm, and a nasty double ear infection...plus he got neutered! But, he's the sweetest boy and a real charmer.

    Welcome! Thanks for rescuing! My dogs are rescue adn isn't it a great feeling!? Bentley was going to be put to sleep the day I got him f i had not rescued him he would be in doggy heaven right now. Tank my black lab would be in very bad condition and still be being abused in a basement. I am going to stick with rescue I think

    Thanks for all the nice comments. I believe Elvis was always my dog, it just took 9 years for us to find each other. My neighbor has renamed him "Lucky" just because I take him swimming, daily walk, etc. lol
