Brody's my big boy, he's a yellow lab and golden retriever mix...He's been walking with me (helping daddy lose some weight as well) and swimming as much as possible. When he was growing up at 6 months he hit a 20lb-ish growth spurt in one month (all muscle, wasn't really fat) and he had problems out of his poor shoulder, not growing fast enough to support the weight. He has always been a big dog (was about 120 at his most) but could stand to lose a few pounds.
I don't know what he's at now, but he's obviously lost a bit...and working on a little more. He's starting to get those shoulder muscles back!
Here's a few of ol' Brody (about 4 yrs old):

Wow -- what a difference! Brody looks great - good job. I know it's not easy helping a dog lose weight -- when we first adopted Gin, she too weighed about 110 lbs, it took a few months, strict diet and lots of walking to get her down to her current svelte 85 pounds.
