Rubi - already enjoying being a model

Usually it takes some time to coax a puppy into posing. With Rubi it's a bit easier, I just have to wait until she tires herself out hopping around.

Quick note: Looking through all of the pictures of Rubi from her first 2 days at home, I notice she pretty much ALWAYS has dirt on her tongue. Apparently, her mission as a puppy is to eradicate the grass in my backyard.

With the recent heat wave in Chicago, Rubi is always seeking out cold pavement to cool off on. Here she is in her classic "sit" position after a brief game of "Let me bite your ankles!"
