How many of you members are drinkers?

DW drinks two glasses of wine every night, but I only drink on weekends and it's usually a whole case of Corona If we go out I drink Crown Royal on the rocks.

I drink LOTS - everyday! Water that is You didn't clarify....... I've never been a big drinker, and as I age, I find that I just can't hardly drink at all - I just feel bad the next day. I've always been a "cheap drunk" too - one or two can make me loopy. Of course SU usually fixes double for me, so that might have something to do with it. When I first started dating my husband, we would visit his parents on CapeCod. This was when I first learned that people still had "cocktail hour", right before dinner. I think the first visit I was looped everynight before dinner. His dad would always ask "can I freshen your drink dear?" and of course I needed to be polite and said yes I drink mostly vodka or wine. I always liked sweeter white wines, but can hardly drink them now. I like a lighter, dry wine and have just started drinking red wine - pretty good stuff!

i'm not a drinker. i can taste the alcohol is everything and it grosses me out. DH loves mojito's and mudslides but i can taste the liquor in those and steer clear. i'm the only one on both sides of the family that doesn't drink.

I used to drink and party a lot when I was younger.

Then I got sick and because of my sickness I can't really drink anymore. One drink lands me in the bathroom for days.
So I don't even bother anymore.

The trick is to stay drunk then you don't get a hangover says the voice of experience !

I drink, a few drinks maybe 3-4 days a week or so..? but I honestly don't remember the last time I was actually drunk. :ugly:

I find summertime for me is all about the fruity wines and spritzers, vodka coolers, ice cold beer, etc. It's the summertime equivalent of tea in the winter, basically.

Rarely drink since I'm such a lightweight when it comes to this, one glass of wine and I'm already teetering on the edge. Believe it or not, if it's not a glass of wine then I enjoy a Captain Morgan on the rocks with a tiny splash of coke! I can't stomach beer!

I don't drink at all, if I go to a club, maybe, but I haven't in years and years, so it's no for me.

I would say I have a few drinks almost nightly ... I picked the 3 drinks one - since I put more alcohol in one drink than most people I am not a lightweight by far. Just had myself a few last night (Whiskey & Coke Zero). But I drink at home because it's cheaper

I swear .. I am not an alcoholic. Just like to have a few drinks to relax. Life is pretty stressful right now.
