Does SBD suggest you eat a lot of eggs? I was going to go buy that book and check it out. I hate eggs though.

Eggs are just a relatively cheap easy source of protein. So it does help if you like eggs, but you don't have to. I ate too many eggs doing low carb diets and I can hardly look at one now without wanting to :-X.

They do make a nice swap-over from oatmeal-oatmeal-oatmeal for bfst every single day. Tons of ways to make eggs.
