OMG man with facial tumors

Has anyone seen this on Yahoo? I can't imagine what he must be going through!! How can he function or how can it get that far out of hand?

I've seen two different ones lately...is this the one where his face sort of looks like (sorry) monkey bread? I feel so bad for people with such disfigurements who don't have access to health care like ours. :-\ I hope the media attention helps get him medical help!
