College Football!!

Okay...one drawback to a lab forum versus an aviation forum and golf forum, the off topic sections revolve around CSI, what are you making for dinner tonight, and people's sexiest men! Of course, theres a blatantly and purposely graphic men-only thread everynow and then...but, geez, I need some sports talk.

Isn't this the craziest college football season in recent history? Oregon loses to Arizona last night?! The FIFTH...5...5th...number 2 ranked team to lose to an UNranked team in the past 7 weeks? USC, South Florida, LSU, Boston College..umm forgot the last. Well i'm an OU grad...so we control our own destiny.

A wildly crazy college football season, and sure to get wilder as the last few weeks wind up. Michigan and Ohio State tomorrow! Gonna ge good!

In my college football dreams, VT would have been able to hold the lead against BC. Ohio would have remained undefeated up until the Michigan game, and then Michigan would have trounced them.

I love anything that screws up the magic computer. Well, that and anything that involves Virginia Tech winning.

I am hoping that the spirit of Bo will with our boys tomorrow. I will be at the game. Look for me in Maize and Blue in the north end zone.

If you are not to the game or tailgating or doing something game related stay out of A2!!!!! You will be sorry if you don't. I see these irritated drivers all the time on game day and just shake my head.

There is no way I'd ever go near A2 on M/OSU day. Was in Columbus once for the game and OMGosh they almost ran me off the road. They screamed obscenities at me. I was there to pick up my bitch, not for the game.

Indeed a CRAZY year...I follow the SEC but can certainly appreciate the OSU / UM rivalry...seems we play the loser of that game in a bowl at least once every 3-5 years.

As for us...can't remember, probably never, when I was WORRIED about our last two games of the season - Vandy and Kentucky - but they both have risen their games and are capable of beating anybody (LSU's only loss this year is to Ky). If, and that's a big IF, we can get past these two we'll be in the SEC Championship game...hard to believe when you consider the severity of our 3 losses - Cal, Florida and 'Bama (I think our players boarded the bus home at half time in each of these and the cheerleaders padded up for the second half.)

Gotta cheer for Ky tomorrow to beat the DAWGS
