    I'm not criticizing their parenting skills because their kids hit, or scream, or whatever. Those are normal things that go on behind closed doors in most families. I don't have anything to say about the parents personalities either, to each his or her own. The 'slippery slope' I mentioned is taking money in exchange for allowing your family to be exposed and exploited to any degree. The seduction of all that material gain is a mighty temptation for anyone, and the puppy episode is the point at which I feel like these parents allowed material gain to subvert their humanity a little.

    Apparently, I'm not alone.

    I wasn't referring to your post. I don't necessarily disagree with you. I was referring to others who were saying their kids are brats and that they are bad parents because their kids yell, hit and scream. Which are all normal childhood behaviors at some point and well within the normal range for 3/4yr olds.
